Swensen's (Waterway Point)

Very crowded during a Saturday visit. Staff are friendly but a bit understaffed so will have to wait for them to attend to you. Still recommended but should visit at other time.

Great service, food is tasty too. The great service made us want to come.back again. Variety of food is great too. Can see that swensens takes the effort to improve the menu, great job!

Had a wonderful experience dining here! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming — perfect for a relaxing meal. The place was clean, nicely decorated, and had a great vibe. What really stood out was the staff. The main staff who served us was Azree. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Same goes to the other staffs, their warm service made the meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for good food and amazing hospitality!

This branch has outstanding service! Went there for the usual original burger. Mmmmm...2 huge, juicy patties, just sooo good! Had my complimentary birthday sundae as well - sticky chewy choc Zero - all the flavour w/o the sugar. Thanks for celebrating a member's birthday in yummy style. Props to Swensen's & the staff at waterway!

Dec 31st long queue yet the food was hot and as always good. Trina, Idris and the Chinese lady with spectacles apologies I missed getting your name were excellent ,without frowns busy tired hour too served us well.

The atmosphere and food was good. However water jug was not clean and small debris was floating in the jug. Asked for a new water jug, however the same thing happened. Overall a good place with good food but cleanliness could be improved.

I had a good lunch here recently. We ordered two entrees, one side, & a drink. The Carbonara Smoked Duck Baked Rice was the most delicious. I liked the flavor of the duck & the cheesiness of the rice. The Mala Firecracker Chicken Pasta lived up to the spiciness. The components were separately tasty but don't quite come together cohesively. The Chicken & Beef Meatballs in Tomato Sauce were fine but the portion was a bit small; I'm unsure if this is just because it was a "top up" to one of our entrees. The service was adequate but could be faster. We arrived at the tail end of lunch, so it wasn't very busy. Yet our tea, which we requested to come with the food, never arrived until we asked for it. Overall, I would consider returning, but maybe to try other items like one of the extensive dessert options.
